- All accidental stains attributed to a single occurrence
- Accidental rips, tears, burns, and punctures
- Accidental scratch, gouge, chip, puncture or dent that penetrate the top coat of hard surface finish
- Water or beverage marks or rings
- A structural or component failure due to a defect in materials and workmanship during normal residential use. Includes breakage of frames, glass, mirrors, mechanisms, welds, swivel bases, recliner handles and assembled joints and includes component mechanical and electrical failures such as defective motors, massagers, vibrating units and heaters
- Checking, cracking, bubbling or peeling of the coating of finish on hard surfaces
- Seam and stitching separation, zippers, buttons and tufted buttons
- Loss of silvering

- Using cleaning products not approved by the manufacturer or administrator

How do I file a claim?
You can file a claim on the mobile app, online at warrantyservice.com or call 866-213-6702. The Warranty Service mobile app is available for download at the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.
When does the protection plan coverage start?
Coverage begins on the day the furniture is delivered. If there are multiple deliveries under one order, the plan begins on the day the first item is delivered and continues for 5 years after that date.
What is accumulation?
Accumulation means a buildup of multiple stains or damages that have occurred over time and have not been addressed and cannot be attributed to a single incident.
When will I receive my Terms and Conditions?
You will receive a Welcome Letter and the Terms and Conditions after delivery via email.
What information is needed to start the claim process through the app?
You will need to enter your last name, zip code, and phone number to set up an account and to start filing a claim.
What if I don’t have a protection plan or coverage under a manufacturer warranty, or need assistance with furnishings?
