A note from our Designer
Our design services are not intended for construction based projects. If you have purchased a full design plan and the scope of your project involves construction aspects, we can offer consulting on material selections at an hourly rate in addition to the design plan fee. The offered plans are best served for clients interested in furniture, decor, lighting, and styling elements exclusively sourced from Evans' Heritage Home. If our resources do not fulfill the needs of your project we may offer outside sourcing billed at an hourly rate.

Full Design
What is a full design plan?
A full-design plan is intended for furnishing + styling larger-scale projects such as full room/home furnishing, remodels, or new construction. Full design plans require in-home visits with your designer to create tailored recommendations through a collaborative one-on-one process. We handle the design complexities to ensure you are purchasing not only aesthetically pleasing pieces, but ones that are spatially appropriate and accurate for your space. The following aspects are included in a full design plan: initial meeting with designer to determine project vision and goals; spatial floor plan layout/s; detailed scope of design direction; furniture, decor, lighting, and fabric selections; material samples it available; detailed storyboard/s; design presentation; and coordination + oversight of delivery and installation.
Typical Investment Ranges
These are averages of what you can expect to spend through Heritage Home and our resources. Many variables can adjust the range to meet your specific needs. Setting a realistic budget will be discussed at our first initial design meeting. We want to make sure we are aligned on the total picture and provide you with the knowledge needed to make informed budget decisions. Ranges include furnishings and styling only (does not include delivery, design fees, or construction materials sourced outside of Heritage Home).
- Entry: $2,000 - $5,000
- Kitchen / Dining Nook: $2,500 - $7,500
- Dining Room: $5,000 - $10,000
- Office: $2,500 - $5,000
- Bedrooms: $7,000 to $20,000
- Living / Family Room: $15,000 to $25,000
- Loft / Den: $10,000 to $20,000
Design Fee: $60 hourly rate + travel (Average fees range from $700 to $1,500. Minimum design fee of $500 per project. Fee budget will be discussed and set prior to starting project).
Commercial Design
What is a Commercial Design plan?
A commercial design plan is intended for furnishing + styling commercial projects. This plan will ensure you are purchasing not only aesthetically pleasing pieces, but ones that are commercial rated and spatially appropriate for your space. The following aspects are included in a commercial design plan: spatial floor plan layout/s; detailed scope of design direction; furniture, decor, lighting, and fabric selections; material samples if available; detailed storyboard/s; design presentation; and coordination + oversight of delivery and installation.
Typical Investment Ranges
Commercial ranges can vary greatly depending on the scope of the project. Daily consistent use will require higher-grade pieces, while light to moderate use may only require residential grade. These are averages of what you can expect to spend through Heritage Home sourcing. Setting a realistic budget will be discussed at our first initial design meeting. We want to make sure we are aligned on the total picture and provide you with the knowledge needed to make informed budget decisions. Ranges include furnishings and styling only (does not include materials sourced outside of Heritage Home).
- Waiting Room: $10,000 to $50,000
- Private Office: $5,000 to $15,000
- Conference Room: $8,000 to $20,000
Design Fees: $60 hourly rate + travel (Average fees range from $500 to $1,500. Minimum design fees apply per project).
Storyboard Plan
What is a Storyboard Plan?
Our Storyboard Design Plan offers a tailored, visual approach to interior decorating. This service presents your space in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format, featuring detailed storyboards that include color palettes, furniture and accessory selections, pricing and availability, and layout ideas. These elements are curated to transform your space into a stylish and functional environment. On-site and in-home visits are not included with storyboard plans. Presentations are not included with storyboard plans. Interior photos and measurements (if applicable) must be provided to your designer. This plan allows you to work on a project at your own pace. Purchased plans will be emailed in PDF format and you'll also be provided in a printed portfolio.
Design Fees
Storyboard plans are flat fees. Redesign fees may be charged.
- Single Room: $250
- Two Rooms: $450
- Three or More Rooms: $600
