Porter Designs is a globally sourced lifestyle furniture supplier founded in 2006 by Julie Grant and David Weiss. What began as a vacation to Bangkok became a passion for designing and sourcing unique and affordable furniture for today’s eclectic home. Our Artisan hand rubbed finishes are state of the art, and very complex, producing a deep rich grain quality finish. This shows in the end result as we put more time and attention to detail than most any other company.

All wood is double sealed “by hand” before assembly to ensure correct and consistent moisture content dramatically reducing any chance of warping or splitting.

Every piece, before being boxed, is hand inspected by Napa’s on-site Quality Control team which is independent from the factory’s quality control personnel.

Napa Furniture Design is an all wood bedroom and dining room manufacturer. Our products are constructed from plantation grown, Sustainable, Indonesian forest hardwoods manufactured from one factory. This allows us ultimate control of all manufacturing processes.  Our collections range from traditional to contemporary designs emphasizing clean and simple lines. All of our pieces are finished with a 17-step process which includes hand applied oil to maximize grain quality and uniqueness in each piece.
